I have seen what other luxury hotels in the area look like, and honestly, I would rather stay here. A pro-tip: they do keep the rooms very cold, so you will want to adjust the thermostat when you get in. This place is nice. It is relaxing. It has all the amenities you need, and it is across the street from market square. Some of the MEPS people do make themselves known when they come and go, but if you stay away from the elevator, it shouldn't be a problem. I rated this place 5-stars because of the waterfall showerheads. There is no way you can take a shower here and not feel fresh, afterwards. Honestly, the room was too cold and some bung-holes were talking too loud the whole time, but I cannot argue with the feeling of clean. You will not regret your stay

I'm very grateful for Mr. Vector and the maintenance team for helping me change my tire after getting a flat. I was driving on walnut street on my way to the hotel and a giant sign on walnut st fell from two to three stories during really heavy rain and wind and almost fell on my car as I was driving. The debris punctured my tire.

Nice people clean rooms and convienatly located

We had a wonderful stay which began at the main entrance with the most polite and gracious valet/doorman ever! Every staff member greeted us with smiles and warm hellos. Our rooms we perfectly clean and made up. The hotel itself was gorgeous. One of our kids wanted a burger which we ordered up to the room, it was too big for him to finish so I had finished it, and my only regret was not ordering more! It was amazing! In the morning we had a lovely breakfast at the mezzanine that cemented our perfect stay. Our truly delightful server -Talisa made us feel right at home with her stellar service, her perfect suggestions, and was always there when we needed some thing more. She is a true gem and they should know how great she is at her craft! We will certainly be back and will stay at the Crowne again! Thank you Knoxville for such a warm reception
