Location was good and ...

Location was good and stuffs were friendly. However , when I booked I choose a room with breakfast but there were two adults and three kids in room they told me at check in I have to pay for kids breakfast. They should be included kids breakfast and they charged cereal for $8 while we eat buffet. Bathroom was so tiny in the room. I also found leftover soap and soap in the sink. Room feels so small compare to where I stay in hotel I requested a crib and the crib was quiet a big size only the place I was able to put was next to air conditioner and air was blowing to the bed so my baby couldn’t be in crib I had to cosleep with baby. I liked the access to garage parking which we paid $15 per night and indoor pool was nice.

The good: Most ...

The good: Most of the staff were delightful, and we loved that the overnight concierge lady was able to bring her little Frenchy to work. In particular the “bellhop“ whose name I sadly cannot remember, was charming. Not good: Extremely difficult to find and access. There were apparently more than one level of parking, but after four days, we never did find it. Although I was absolutely tickled that there were two parking spots labeled “Ladies Parking”. Parking is $15 a day. 😏 Overall rather disappointed. I thought this would be a much higher-end hotel. I grabbed a few pictures of bleach marks on the hallway, carpets, hairdryer, cover, bleach marks, and a few other little things. I do appreciate someone using bleach for a cleaning, and those things, didn’t really bother me, but not what I expected from this hotel. Hallways are very dark and industrial, rooms a bit small and disappointing. Not the most walking friendly area, although safe enough. Not bad, not great.
