A:There are three garages and metered street parking near Market Square in downtown Knoxville. These are Locust Street, State Street and Market Square garages. Parking is free on Saturdays and $1 per hour on Wednesdays in the garages. You can also take the Knoxville KAT transit, which offers free trolley service.
