Each of the Crowne Plaza Knoxville's 197 tastefully appointed rooms offers the Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage® to help guests enjoy a better night's rest when they travel.

The Sleep Advantage offers:
  • New, comfortable beds: each features seven pillows, a plush duvet and luxurious sheets.
  • Quiet floors: no housekeeping or maintenance activities will occur between 9 p.m. and 10 a.m. unless our guests specifically request them.
  • Guaranteed wake-up call: we will awaken you at the time you request or your night is free.

All of the standard rooms feature 37" LCD Televisions.
Club Level Accommodations
The Club Level features private key access with a fully equiped business center, 42" Plasma TV, recliners, complimentary breakfast, and an array of upgraded amenities.

We are a pet friendly hotel and welcome cats and dogs up to 50 pounds. We do require that pets be appropriately restrained on leashes or in an approved pet carrier while in public areas. Pets are not to be left alone in guest rooms.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $25 per stay that will apply with all pets.
